With a new, hastily built up website to replace the Green Elephant site that has unfortunately called time, there is every chance some problems exist. The layout and look may update a bit over time, but the bones of the site are there and should be working fine, we hope!

That said, we are very keen to find and fix any problems with our new website, and that might need your help.

If you are the first to advise us of a specific major design or functionality issue with the site, we’ll give you a 30% discount coupon. And for minor issues, etc, the first person to advise us of each issue will get a 15% discount coupon. Minor conditions apply, listed below.

• Up to 3 claims per person will be granted, we may make additional arrangements if someone is being particularly helpful (including but not limited to upgrading a 15% coupon to 30%).
• Each coupon is: valid for at least 3 months.
• Discount applicable to first $100 of a cart and is not usable in conjunction with another discount.
